Bespoke Turbo S Tunes
Not every Porsche is a Genome Porsche. Our 991 Turbo tune is completely bespoke to your car not to be mistaken with a one-size-fits-all remap. Our Tuning is completely custom and built bespoke for your engine and drive train configuration.

Our stage 1 991 Turbo S tuning has been developed specifically to work in harmony with all of the stock Porsche hardware. Improving power and torque drastically throughout the rev range whilst managing heat and fuelling requirements to extract a comfortable level of performance from the OEM cooling and exhaust system.
Our deep understanding of the SDI21 control unit allows us to bespoke-tune every car to give an elegant driving experience with hugely increased power and super sharp throttle response.
Drivability and High-Performance changes
Our 991.2 Turbo S stage 1 tune offers vastly improved figures up to 650bhp and 610Ib of torque when calibrated to run with the recommended 99ron fuel such as shell v-power. furthermore, the torque curve developed in the midrange offers a potent response through the whole rev range. By fine-tuning every detail of this Turbo S remap we can offer a silky-smooth driving experience. Changes to throttle mapping make for an effective pedal feel completely controllable with an effective pedal-to-throttle body ratio.
Fuel Grades & MPG
For optimum results, we recommend a minimum fuel grade of 98ron such as Shell V Power. This allows us to carefully fine-tune ignition timing and knock control factors to maximise the available power and torque. Tuning is available for lesser fuel grade but overall figures will be affected. By Tuning your Turbo S to the correct fuel grade, we can be sure it will perform to our expected power levels consistently.

Looking for more from your Porsche 991 Turbo S? This stage 2 tuning package consists of our 991.2 Turbo S stage 2 tune and some carefully selected hardware modifications to further increase power and torque levels whilst improving the 3.8l Porsche engine exhaust note.
Our skilled engineers have spent many hours fine-tuning every part of our stage 2 package from hardware upgrades to our complimenting remap. The result is overall increases in power up to 720bhp & 700Ib depending on options.
Internal Torque Management
Optimising the internal torque management offers improved driveability and suitable MAF/Boost control. this is typically most noticeable under high-load applications.
Lambda Control
Working tirelessly to optimise fuelling for making power and optimising mid-range fuel trimming means the engine gets all the fuel required to make power under load but is targeting sensible lambda during light load and part throttle applications.
Boost Control
The boost controller in the SDI21 can be tricky to optimise for people less experienced in this control unit. To be able to run above 1.8 bar of pressure it is imperative to optimise waste gate control and make the PUT tables 1X1 to match manifold pressure. something many tuners miss causing oscillation at higher boost pressure.
Ignition Timing
Advancing the ignition timing is compulsory to make power. optimising it to balance the timing advance against the correct amount of knock control provides a smooth and linear power curve. We optimise for 99ron fuel grades unless instructed otherwise.
Rev Limit Increases
The Porsche Turbo S 3.8T engine is capable of slightly higher rev limits than factory settings this helps the engine to continue to make power. Tuners with less information will not allow for OVER REV counting in the software when increasing rev limits and this can cause an over rev condition before redlining.
Throttle Mapping
Adjusting low-speed throttle mapping retains driveability in city driving applications whilst creating a 1X1 pedal to the throttle body during higher RPM applications.

991.2 Turbo S Additional Tuning Features:
Porsche PDK TCU Tuning
All our Porsche 991 Turbo S tuning is recommended with upgrading the PDK TCU tune. This offers increased torque limits, more clamping pressure for the clutches along with shift speed improvements and changes to shift points.
Without TCU tuning your engine torque demand must trick the gearbox to work without limiting torque. whilst other tuners will offer this service ethically it is not the right way to tune the car. It would be the equivalent of increasing torque limits drastically on a manual car without addressing the OEM clutch with an upgrade.
We will always recommend a PDK tune for your Turbo Porsche given the huge amounts of torque they can produce. Whilst the gearbox will do everything in its power to avoid microslip it will be inevitable if the ECU tune is not optimised with a TCU tune.
