International Genome Porsche Orders Information

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We accept international orders from customers worldwide, with overseas shipping starting from as little as £15. Our website will calculate an estimated shipping cost at checkout.

Due to the volume of items listed on our online store, we do not keep every item in stock. As a result, we may not have the exact shipping costs until we process your order with our suppliers. The shipping price shown at checkout is an estimate based on previous international shipments.

On rare occasions, particularly for large orders or items not held in stock, we may need to request additional shipping fees. These fees will be in line with updated quotes from our couriers and suppliers.

IMPORTANT DUTIES & TAXES INFORMATION

Following the UK’s departure from the European Union, international shipments leaving Great Britain may be subject to duty and tax charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.

At checkout, you’ll notice that VAT has been removed from your order. However, you may still be required to pay duties and taxes when your order reaches your local customs office.

Genome Design is NOT responsible for any duty or tax invoices issued by overseas couriers or customs authorities.

If customs fees are unpaid or if required information is not provided to customs authorities, your order may be returned to Genome Design. In such cases, Genome Design is NOT responsible for any fees incurred from the failed delivery.

Any fees charged to us due to a failed delivery will be deducted from your refund. These charges are the responsibility of the consignee (the recipient of the shipment).

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO GENOME DESIGN

Due to high return shipping costs and the additional complexities caused by Brexit, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
