Porsche 991.2 Carrera T / S / GTS Catch Tank

The 991.2's 3.0-litre twin-turbo flat-six has a well-known weakness: under boost, the factory crankcase ventilation system draws oil-laden vapour straight into the turbo inlet. Over time that oil mist coats the compressor wheel, fouls the intercooler and pools in the intake tract - robbing efficiency and putting your turbochargers at risk. It's one of the most common preventable issues on the 9A2 engine.

This Catch Tank fixes it. Fitted inline with the crankcase breather, it intercepts and traps that oil before it ever reaches your turbos - so the only thing reaching your compressor wheels is clean air.

This catch tank was designed around one priority: protecting the part that's most expensive to replace. Every tank is CNC-machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminium, black anodised for a factory-grade finish, and O-ring sealed so it stays leak-free in the heat and pressure of the engine bay. An easy-access drain means emptying it takes seconds at each service.

If you track your 991.2, you've remapped it, or you simply intend to keep it for the long haul, this is one of the smartest, lowest-cost pieces of insurance you can fit. It's fully reversible, it's discreet, and it pays for itself the first time it catches oil that would otherwise have reached your turbos.
