Suspension Secrets Front Camber Caster Plate Top Mounts - Porsche 981 / 718 Cayman GTS

The non-GT 981 and 718 cars have very little front camber available as standard, roughly -1.0 degree at most. That's fine for the commute, but it's the main reason a GTS washes wide and wears the outer edge of its front tyres when driven hard. Unlike the GT4, the standard lower arm can't take camber shims, so the top mount is the place to fix it.

What they do

• Increase front negative camber to around -2.3 degrees on standard springs, and beyond -3 degrees on a lowered car
• Add up to 2 degrees of positive caster, depending on ride height, for better steering weight and stability
• Clear the GT4's 255/35 R20 front tyre size
• Bolt on, and work with the OEM dampers, PASM and most aftermarket coilovers
