The Stage 2 Kinematics Kit is the most complete chassis package Suspension Secrets make for the 718 Cayman GT4 RS. It takes everything in the Stage 1 Circuit Handling Pack and adds offset rear top mounts, so the rear axle can run more camber and a wider rear tyre.
What's in the kit
- Front camber/caster top mounts with a wider negative camber range and additional positive caster
- Uprated Eibach springs, shorter than standard for a lower ride height
- Billet spring cups that keep the damper's bump and droop travel correct once the car is lowered
- Bump steer tie rod ends
- Adjustable rose-jointed rear toe arms
- Camber shim kit
- Rear top mounts, Stage 1 or Stage 2 (choose above)
Choosing the rear top mount
Stage 1 lets you run a 305 rear tyre on the standard rear wheel without touching the arches or suspension.
Stage 2 clears a rear tyre up to 325 wide, but needs an aftermarket rear wheel. It's a hardcore track option: Suspension Secrets developed it on Michelin Cup 2 tyres, other brands of the same size may not clear, and some arch liner contact should be expected.
What it does
- More front and rear camber, so more of the tyre stays on the track mid-corner
- Less understeer and a more neutral balance
- Bump steer removed, for steering that stays accurate over kerbs and bumps
- Better stability on the brakes
- More even tyre wear on track
Fitment and setup
Fits the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS. All parts replace the factory items directly with no cutting or chassis modification. A full geometry setup is essential after fitting.
We offer this kit supply only, or supply and fit at our workshop near Leeds with a full string alignment and corner weighting on our flat floor.
